We tend to start with the emotion the person is most aware of and release it. As we continue with the process, other emotions become apparent and subsequently released. This typically will bring us down to the core issues and releasing those will usually bring the individual a sense of peace. I find that our psyche shows us what we are ready to work on and release.
At the same time we may also uncover limiting beliefs
Level 2 - Paving a Path
We can look at what we want to create and release any resistance to that.
The next element is typically looking at other close relationships and clearing away our triggers using a slight modification to the technique.
We can also look at our current life through the lens of understanding that our emotions and our beliefs have created it, therefore whatever exists in our life is a product of that. We use this to continue releasing unwanted affects. I believe that all the issues show themselves in the present and there is no need to go back to old memories, this is not to say that they may become clear as the issues get released.
Once all of that is cleared as much as possible, then we can connect to a positive state of mind which will generate more of that. We do this using gratitude.
